Missions
Being on mission with God not only means walking with God in personal discipleship and family worship, but also sharing the grace of God across the street and around the world. Local, national, and foreign missions is a priority at Lifepoint Church. We believe that God has called every one of His disciples to glorify His name and renown all over the world. While not exhaustive, the following is a list of opportunities for Lifepoint members.
Church Planting
Six years ago Longview Point Baptist Church in Hernando MS planted a church in Senatobia called Lifepoint. It is because of that investment of time, people, and resources that there is a congregation now of more than 600 people and thousands throughout the world that hear the name of Jesus Christ preached yearly. It is in the DNA of Lifepoint Church to plant churches and to view church planting as the greatest evangelistic tool that we have been given. Lifepoint has been active in more than three national church plants in its five year existence and several international church plants.

What: We will conitnue our partnership with Gregg and Donna Fort through church planting, hut-to-hut evangelism, & discipleship. This is an amazing mission trip that will challenge you spiritually & allow you to impact Africa to further God's Kingdom! For more information contact Jay Adkins.

Local Opportunites
Calvary Rescue Mission
Our Student and Adult Lifegroups are actively involved with Calvary Rescue Mission Ministries in Memphis, Tennessee. Being obedient to care for the poor, widowed, and orphaned is a vital part of Lifepoint's mission to advance the Kingdom of God. We glorify God by serving others from the overflow of God's grace in our lives through the power of the Spirit. There are opportunities to serve monthly and during special holiday events and also to provide much needed financial and physical resources. To find out more about Calvary click here. Safehaven of North Mississippi
SafeHaven Ministries is a Christian training facility for Men. It is designed to maximize Christian growth through personal relationships in an encouraging environment. Reaching men through the Gospel in local prisons and then helping them transition to life as they leave prison, Safehaven teaches guests how to walk with God through Bible study, prayer, Spirit-filled lives, and obedience. Trade Days
This is a great way to engange others in our local community & invite them to Lifepoint while spreading the Gospel. Lifepoint has a booth at the quarterly Trade Days event in Coldwater, MS. giving out balloons & information about Lifepoint as well as our many other Church plants. There are many ways you can serve during this event and help is needed. If you are interested contact Matt Brewer or call the Church office at 662-562-4900. The next Trade Days is August 10-11, 2013.
